2 questions: about FAVOR and about HOH - Guild Wars Forums

First question i just wanna ask does the favor affect chest drop as gold or purple?

Second question since i've never win the Hall, What happened if u actually win 5 matches? Will u u be going to an area to farm stuff or whatever??? and what KEY will be used??? And i head that this place is really the best place to actually Farm for crysrtaline sword isn't it?

As far as I know, no, whether you have favor or not does not affect the drop quality or quantity.

And as for your second question, I have no clue on earth what you're getting at. But um...

- there is a chest that spawns at the altar after youve won
- it does not require any key
- one person can open it and the drops ( about 5 ) get assigned to people automatically
- if you win 5 times, you have won the favor if you didnt have it already
- if you win 5 times, you have a decent amount of fame added
- i dont think the favor affects the drops in HoH, but im not sure

as far as i know, HoH chest only drops gold

does that mean that purple dwarven axes dont drop anymore in the game? that wud make them extra special right?

After every single match in HoH the chest appears for the winners, one opens (like any quest reward chest - no key) and some stuff pops out - golds and sigils. This is the only source of celestial sigils in the game currently and all sigil traders are just resellers. There is no teleporting to farming, no special keys, only prizes for winning. No HoD or crystalline sword drops evermore.

Now each and every match IS farming, but not for gold or loot. Its for FAME. But hey, don't get me wrong... I'm all for starting rumours with completely unfounded suppositions.
